These Terms govern your use of Zigital’s course materials and services. By purchasing or using our materials you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Zigital provides educational training materials (PDF guides) and live doubt-clearing session. We do not provide or sell any software or software licenses. The training describes lawful sourcing and usage practices.

3. Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment you will receive a PDF via the contact details provided (email or WhatsApp). Live sessions must be scheduled and are delivered as per mutual availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content (text, images, templates) is the intellectual property of Zigital. You may use the materials for your personal or business learning but may not reproduce or resell the PDF or templates as standalone products.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment processors. You are responsible for paying the applicable fees at the time of purchase.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you do not receive the materials, contact us within 48 hours. See the Refund Policy for details: Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The training is educational in nature and results may vary. Zigital is not liable for business decisions you make based on the course material. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zigital’s liability is limited to the course fee paid.

8. Termination

Zigital may suspend or terminate access if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email to registered learners.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
