• Payment information: we do not store card details — payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We receive transaction IDs and invoice confirmations.
• Support records: chat logs, support emails and session notes for service quality and dispute resolution.
• Usage data: optionally, analytics data (page visits, clicks) to improve our site and offerings.

2. How we use your data

• Deliver course materials (PDFs) and session scheduling.
• Issue invoices and receipts for payments.
• Respond to support requests and process refunds where applicable.
• Improve course content and user experience through anonymous analytics.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data to fulfil contractual obligations (deliver purchased materials and services), for legitimate business interests (service improvement) and where you have provided consent for marketing communications.

4. Payment processor

All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or UPI credentials. For payment-related disputes, we will share necessary transaction details with Razorpay and cooperating payment partners only as needed to resolve issues.

5. Data sharing & third parties

We may share personal information with service providers who assist in course delivery (e.g., email providers, payment processors) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes (typically up to 3 years unless otherwise required).
