Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

After successful payment you will receive a PDF training guide delivered to the contact details (email or WhatsApp) you provide during purchase. Delivery typically occurs within minutes but may take up to 1 hour depending on the payment processor and messaging delays.

Re-delivery & Support

Refunds (Summary)

  • We prioritise re-delivery of materials first.
  • If re-delivery fails, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.
  • Refunds are processed case-by-case after verifying transaction and delivery attempts.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider (Razorpay/bank) and may take several business days.

Non-refundable cases

We may deny refund requests where the buyer has already accessed and downloaded the materials, or breaches these policies. We reserve the right to investigate abuse or fraud before issuing refunds.

How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to zigitalstore@gmail.com with your name, transaction ID and issue details.
  2. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
  3. If approved, we will request any supporting details required and process the refund.
